Located just off the A379 near Dawlish Countryside Park, our small holiday site offers a choice of self-catering accommodation and Camping and Caravanning Club members-only camping in a convenient location for exploring South Devon.

We have two comfortable self-catering holiday cottages, ideal for couples and solo travellers looking for a base close to the coast and countryside. Situated within easy reach of Dawlish Warren, local beaches, walking routes and nature reserves, the cottages provide everything needed for a short break or longer stay. Our bungalow is pet-friendly and welcomes well-behaved dogs, while our second cottage offers pet-free accommodation.
 
To maintain a relaxed atmosphere, we do not accommodate children or groups.

Alongside the cottages, our small Camping and Caravanning Club members-only campsite welcomes campers, caravans and motorhomes. Easy access directly from the A379 means a straightforward arrival for vehicles of all sizes, without the need to negotiate narrow country lanes. The site offers a selection of grass pitches, a gravel pitch and a hardstanding, together with showers, toilets, fresh water, waste disposal facilities and free Wi-Fi. Please note that pets are not permitted on the campsite.
